 Managing Broker:
Dave Markham is the Managing Broker of Raymar Realty Ltd. Raymar was founded in 1961 by his father Ray Markham, and has successfully served clients across a broad spectrum of real estate and insurance activities for over 45 years.
In his role as Managing Broker, Dave is responsible for overseeing the real estate brokerage activities, the insurance activities of Raymar Insurance, as well as the asset management activities of the company’s related real estate holdings.
Dave brings over 12 years of experience to the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, and has substantial experience in working with buyers and sellers within the lower mainland real estate market. A licensed level 3 insurance agent Dave also has a solid working knowledge of the ever changing insurance requirements for real estate.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Calgary 1995, is a Member of the University of Calgary's Alumni Association, and contributes actively to several charities in Vancouver such as the Salvation Army and BC Cancer Foundation.
Happily married to Cathy Markham, Dave divides his spare time between his family and new son Dylan, and training actively for triathlon, and road bike racing competitive events.
In all activities, Dave carries forward the unbending principles established within Raymar, principles such as integrity, honesty, and an undying focus on client needs above all else.

 Associate Broker:
Jim joined Raymar Realty in 1988.
Jim obtained his Agents License in 1993.
Jim served for 3 years as a Director of the Vancouver East Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV).
He is currently a member of the Professional Conduct Committee and the Government Relations Committee for the REBGV. Jim enjoys mountaineering, skiing and masters swimming in his leisure time.
